“Reliant is just that. Reliant”
Reliant is just that. Reliant. This company is a “stand by their word” business when a customer is in need. No gimmicks with this company. They were attentive to time and accuracy with what needed to be done right away, spot on with the bid, reasonable with options. They accessed the job with an accurate estimate of what was necessary and provided the best service. Left the site cleaner than they found it. Josh worked with me after storm damage and was extremely knowledgable about his business. Just call these guys. You will not be disappointed. By far the most professional roofing company in the lafayette region.

“Their work was excellent”
Tree fell on the house during a hurricane, I had a steep roof, a shake overhang and copper flashing. Difficult roof others didn’t want. Their work was excellent and Josh worked with the insurance company, they left the yard clean and the workers were all so nice. I am so happy with their work.

“I 100% would recommend this business”
I 100% would recommend this business to anyone who needs a new roof or a roof repair. They were recommended to me through a friend after we had storm damage from hurricane Delta. Not only were they extremely responsive but were willing to work with our financial situation. The gentleman who came out to give us an estimate, Josh, was knowledgeable and spoke to us in detail of the work that needed to be performed. The team that put the roof on was quick and professional. They took extra time at the end of the job to make sure everything was picked up and no nails were left behind on the ground. They even removed a small pile of shingles that were stacked over to the side of our yard that blew off during the hurricane.

“They went to bat with our insurance company”
We recently had our roof replaced and I highly recommend Reliant Roofing for any of your roofing needs! They went to bat with our insurance company and work hard to get our roof replaced in a timely manner. The same day I called them to make an appointment they came out and went on our roof and told us what we needed to do.

I hired an out of town roofing company after that terrible hail storm and it was a pretty rough experience so I called Reliant Roofing out for a second opinion and they showed up super fast and were so professional and friendly and talked me through everything they saw an issue with. Reliant has surpassed my expectations with their incredible history of accountability, professionalism, and understanding satisfaction throughout the roofing industry. What really sold my decision on using them was the astronomical insurance coverage that no other company can even get close to reaching. The sales team was overboard with updates on my projects, returning calls with on point answers and getting things done in a timely manner when asked. Never was I lead on about my jobs and they were always efficiently done on time with a fair price! Will be using them on all my rental homes!

“Worked extra hard to match shingle color”
Roof started leaking on 15 year old house. They immediately came out and put on a tarp in the rain. Worked extra hard to match shingle color. Stayed in constant touch during all the rain until real repair could be done. Came out and worked with our insurance adjuster. I can’t say enough about their service, it’s refreshing to see a company that works hard to please customers. Have my highest personal recommendation!

Thumbs up to Reliant Roofing for great service and an outstanding roof on my home. After being battered by hurricane Ida Josh and Adam were in my area within a couple of days taking care of homes that had been damaged. They would always respond to any concern that I had in a timely manner and never leave me hanging. I am happy that they plan on opening an office in my local community because that is where I will be going for any roofing concerns from now on. Once again thank you to Josh, Adam and Jessie for a really good job done for me.
